Our Unique Workshops

Will Change the Way you Lead

Lori Holmes,  a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, delivers unique Dare to Lead™ workshops you will not find elsewhere.   Dare to Lead™ is a skills-based courage-building program.  When participants attend our workshop, they are taught the skills, practices, and tools that underpin the four skill sets of courage.  In order to translate individual learning into tangible leadership skills and actions, we add customized experiential activities, exercises, and practice sessions to the core Dare to Lead™ content.

But we aren't done helping you become a daring leader.  The key to becoming daring leaders is identifying actions, adopting behaviors, and hands-on skills practice in your work environment (and in your life). We allow time in our workshops to identify those commitments.  We offer individual coaching to support you on your journey.  It’s not one-and-done; it requires repeated practice to get it right. (And sometimes it requires getting it wrong and trying again.)

Join us for an open enrollment session or contact us to create a unique intact workshop for leaders, managers, and individuals  Individual coaching is also available.

About the Dare to Lead Program

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put the Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
